The rates quoted above are based on double occupancy. Add $25/night for an additional person, including children. Maximum of three guests per room.
Payment for stays of five nights or more is due in full two weeks prior to arrival.

• Queen Rooms (without a kitchen) $110/night. Stay two nights get the third night free.
• King Rooms (with a kitchen) $149/night. Stay two nights get the third night free.
Take Over The Resort — $1,000 per night.**
Includes reserving the grounds for personal use.
The owners unit would be provided as a meeting/dining place in case of wet weather.
Full payment to take over the resort is due one month prior to arrival.
**Take Overs that include an event (a wedding, birthday, etc.) will incur an additional one time charge based on the size of the party:
• Parties with guests totaling 25 and under would have a $250 one time party charge.
• Parties with guests totaling 26 or more would have a $10 per guest one time party charge.
(45 guests would be a $450 party charge)

Cancellation Policy:
One night's stay deposit required at the time of making reservations.
For a full refund cancellation should be made 14 days in advance.
During The Dinah/Kraft Nabisco Tournament and The Coachella Festival
there will be a minimum stay requirement of four nights.
• Rooms with a Kitchen will rent for $225.
• Rooms with Mini Fridge/Coffee Set-ups will rent for $150.
One night’s deposit due at the time of making the reservation.
The balance will be due in full one month prior to the reservation nights.
