• Payment for "Take Over The Resort" is due in full one month prior to arrival.

During The Dinah/Kraft Nabisco Tournament and The Coachella Festival
there will be a minimum stay requirement of four nights.
• Rooms with a Kitchen will rent for $225.
• Rooms with Mini Fridge/Coffee Set-ups will rent for $150.
